SUMMER MAKEUP FAVORITES FOR UNDER $20

There’s nothing I love more than a glassy, lightweight, polished but effortless makeup look in the Summer! This was my first time trying these exclusive beauty products from Walmart and I have to say, I am SO impressed. I have continued to use them all in my daily makeup routine and the price point is amazing. Bonus, most of these items are clean and exclusive only to Walmart.

A huge callout for the two serums I use here: one being the sheer envy glow, that I applied underneath the foundation. The other being the foundation serum for sensitive skin… wow. It feels like nothing is on my face but still provides coverage! I love it so much!

Below I’ve listed out the steps to my radiant summer makeup look, let me know if you try it!

STEP 1: SKIN PREP + PRIME

With a clean face, I sprayed af94 Plead the Fifth 5-in-1 Face Mist all over my face then used Cleen Beauty Cooling Eggplant Eye Balm under my eyes.

Next, I applied Hard Candy Sheer Envy Glow Serum Primer all over skin for a dewy base. I followed that with Hard Candy Sheer Envy Hydrating Makeup Grip Primer - this gave me some extra grip that made my makeup last longer AND it’s formulated for people with sensitive skin — love!!

STEP 2: FACE (BASE + CHEEKS)

Next, I applied Neutrogena Serum Foundation and blended it into my skin with EcoTools Angled Foundation Brush. Once fully blended, I added af94 Playdate Multi-Use Cheek + Lip Color (I used shade Soft Smile) to my cheekbones and blended it out with EcoTools Blurring Brush — I added a little bit to my brow bone and blend out as well!

Then, I went in with Revolve by Revolution Baby Tint Lip & Cheek Tint in the color Rose and blended it out on the highest points of my cheek and on my brow bone with an EcoTools Blurring Brush.

For the last step of the face, I applied some Revolve by Revolution Super Bronzer in shade Desert with my EcoTools Full Blush Brush.

STEP 3: EYES

Next, I grabbed my Revolve by Revolution Empower Shadow Palette. This palette is perfect for creating a nice desert rose vibe for the summer. I loved how pigmented the colors were and how well they blended out with my EcoTools Defined Crease Brush. After I got the shadow how I wanted it, I added some af94 Leather Bound Brown Gel Eyeliner to my lower lash line, then finished the eye look with Rimmel London Kind & Free Clean Mascara (Black).

STEP 4: CLEAN UP + SET

Once I got the eyes done, I went back in and cleaned everything up with the brushes to make sure my base looks smooth and there are no smudges before setting everything in place with E.L.F Stay All Night Blue Light Micro-Setting Mist.

STEP 5: LIPS

No look would be complete without some lip products, so I lined my lips with the Hard Candy Lip Liner in shade First Move, then smudged it out with Hard Candy Insta Pout Gloss in shade Cake Walk. I am such a fan of the lip liner and gloss combo, especially on days I want a more subtle lip!

HERE’S THE FINAL LOOK!
