PLUS SIZE AMAZON // RECENT FAVES + STYLED LOOKS
Did you know that I was skeptical and refused to try Amazon for years? But once I finally did, I realized that they actually have some of the most size inclusive, well made pieces?! Finding those plus size options can be difficult at times but I can confidently say I have found some trustworthy brands and looks. Whether you’re looking for trendy pieces, wardrobe staples, or something for a special occasion, I’ve got you covered. With that, I wanted to share my recent favorite plus size finds from Amazon. All of these pieces are affordable and versatile options for your wardrobe making them ADD TO CART worthy!
For reference + reminder, I am 5’8, wear a 42DD in bras, typically a standard 18W but sometimes a 20W, usually a 2X, naturally high-waisted, and have an apron belly.
Every month I tend to do an amazon haul of new plus size options and styles to share with you to help grow our closets with not only quality pieces but styles you love! Today I have four plus size styled looks based from Amazon that highlight some of my all time favorites. Time to shop!
Outfit ONE:
Cardigan (2X) | Top (3X) | Bag
I think this look is the perfect transitional outfit as well as still in summer but inching into fall. You have a layered element to bring a cozy feel but still have a tank and shorts paired with it to keep you cool and stylish. Get your regular size in the cardigan and then size up in the tank! This woven basket handbag moment is from The Drop, and sold out but they have the same style in two different colors linked here. Then the shorts I am wearing are not Amazon, they are Lane Bryant in size 18/20 and had to still shout out because they are amazing (navy are selling out - linked other colors). This cardigan might be my favorite Amazon find and purchase ever, I highly recommend!
Outfit TWO + FOUR:
DRESS (XXL) | BAG | SHOES
You need this dress in your life!! It has endless versatility, can go day to night, dressed up or down. But the best part is how flattering and comfortable it is. As you can tell I have had this same style in many patterns/colors now and they are all so cute. These are in an XXL but I could definitely also do the 2X if I wanted some extra room. Then I paired the blue outfit version with that woven handbag again as it can go with anything. Plus the white sneaker I am wearing is from Amazon and they are a solid white sneaker option that everyone needs!
Outfit THREE:
DRESS (2X)
I was scared to try this one but oh my gosh I am obsessed, it's like the perfect fit. For the sizing and fit of this dress you can just get your regular size. It flatters your body shape, and the vibrant print will keep you looking on trend and oh so fabulous. This dress comes in a couple other color or print varieties too!
Honorable mention:
Strapless bra (42dd) | SHAPE-WEAR shorts (3X)
I had to highlight the best and my favorite strapless bra ever and shapewear shorts! I size up the shorts to a 3X and they are from Shapermint and I am a 42DD in the strapless bra from Vanity Fair. These are just amazing quality and some of the best that I have found that combine comfort with results. I wear them under practically everything!
