Fall Tops That Are Actually Long Enough on my 18/20/2X Body!
With the new season, comes transitioning our wardrobes over from summer to fall. Majority of the time, it can be hard to find tops that are long enough. However, these tops from Amazon and Aerie do just that! As a reminder, you don’t need to cover up your stomach. But if you’re someone who likes longer tops, that can be SO hard to find… I got you! These tops I’ve pulled together will become your new fall staples! Trust me… you need these in your closet!
The jeans I’m wearing throughout this post are the Jessica Simpson Daisy Fitted Flare Jeans. You need to size up about 2 sizes for the perfect fit, they run very small! However, when you get the right size they feel amazing!
MY SIZING: For reference + reminder, I am 5’8, wear a 42DD in bras, typically a standard 18W but sometimes a 20W, usually a 2X, naturally high-waisted, and have an apron belly.

LOOK ONE:
GREEN (4X)
This green henley is a perfect piece for fall! I absolutely love this brand on Amazon, they carry a range of sizes from 1X-5X. The fit of this crewneck is perfect, it’s slightly oversized so perfect for fall! I’m wearing a 4X but the 3X fits too! If you want a more oversized feel like in the picture, size up 2 sizes! This top is a perfect Free People dupe as well. The color is gorgeous, I definitely want to add more of these to my fall wardrobe!
LOOK TWO:
FLANNEL (XL)
I don’t know about you, but whenever I think of fall I think of flannel! This one is from Aerie, and it’s perfect. It’s super cozy and would be perfect for any fall activities you have coming up! The only thing is, it does run a little small. I got it in a size XL, but I would recommend an XXL for supreme comfort. It wasn’t as oversized as I had hoped, so definitely size up if you’re looking for comfort!
LOOK THREE:
STRIPED LONG SLEEVE (XXL)
This long sleeve tee is one of the best fitting ones I’ve found. It’s so comfortable and the print is so cute, and it's the perfect length! I love wearing this to lounge around the house, or if I’m needing to throw on something to run a quick errand. I got it in a size XXL, and the fit is perfect! I need Aerie to release more of these shirts for fall!!
LOOK FOUR:
BLACK CREWNECK (3X)
Amazon has done it again! I love this crewneck, it's perfectly oversized and is ideal for leggings. Once again, this brand on Amazon works wonders with their sizing and fit. I got this crewneck in a 3X, and it fit perfectly! This is also a perfect Free People dupe. These crewnecks are my favorite for when you just want to throw something on but still look + feel cute.
LOOK FIVE:
CREAM OFF THE SHOULDER (XXL)
I will always and forever be in love with these Aerie lightweight sweatshirts. I will repurchase these in every single color because they’re just that good! I got this in XXL and it fits perfectly! I love that I can still have it off the shoulder, or wear it as it is. So cozy and great for the fall season!
