5 DAYS OF AMAZON PLUS SIZE FASHION FINDS
I’m just going to be totally honest here. I only just started looking for plus size options on Amazon this year. In the past, when I had looked… it just got so overwhelming and I wasn't;t sure which brands were trustworthy. There are so many brands out there that say 2X or 3X but really are cut like an XL, and I just quit trying after a few failed attempts.
But this past Spring, I started giving it another shot. And once I really dove in and started trying different brands and fits, I realized that I had been missing an ENTIRE world of possibilities with high quality clothing options that are offered in sizes XXS-5X. Mind. Blown.
Fast forward several months, I can assure you that I would not be spotlighting Amazon fashion if I didn't really believe it may work for you. I am honestly so impressed, especially with Amazon the Drop. I have found, with the Drop, that often things run a little generous but definitely be sure to check out my sizing recs per piece as well as the rest of the Amazon reviews.
For reference, here are my typical sizing details:

DAY 1
DRESS (2x) | SHOES
WHERE TO WEAR:
I LOVE this dress because it’s so versatile. Honestly you could dress it up or dress it down. Here, I’ve got it with my platform sneakers and this would work for a casual date, business casual, teaching - you could easily put tall boots on, or add heels and that would dress it up completely! Date night, girls night, concert, any of those would work! Love all the colors it comes in!
This dress is from the Drop collection with Caralyn Mirand - I’m wearing a 2X and it runs true to size, if you are wider in the hips size up because there is no give in the fabric! I probably would have been okay with a 3X, to be honest! Paired with my fave converse platform sneakers!
DAY 2
JEANS (18) | BLUE PULLOVER (2x) | GREEN/YELLOW PULLOVER (2x) | WHITE PULLOVER (2x)
WHERE TO WEAR:
You can style this fleece with pretty much any casual look! It’s easy to throw on over leggings or with jeans especially if you don’t want to be wearing a heavy coat but need some cute warmth! Also, don’t sleep on these jeans… for real for real.
I don’t know about you but I’ve always wanted a fleece like this that fit me correctly and this one is it! I’m so excited - they run true to size and I’m in the 2X, I would also be happy with a 3X. Paired with my new favorite Amazon jeans that come in size 16-30! Fleece comes in sizes XXS-5X!
DAY 3
JEANS (18) | WHITE SWEATER (2x) | BLUE SWEATER (2x) | SHOES
WHERE TO WEAR:
These sweaters are so good and so versatile, I especially love that you can wear the cardigan as a top or unbuttoned with something underneath! The pullover has beautiful bell sleeves which is super fun. You could style these casually, like I have done here, or you could also dress them up by switching the jean for a dress pant! The cardigan can be added as a layer to anything, really, like even the dress from Day 1!
First of all, these jeans are so incredibly comfortable and budget friendly, and they come in regular petite and tall sizes 16-30. Very impressed! I’m wearing the size 18 and they feel very true to size!
I paired it with two sweaters, both size 2X and in my opinion they run generous and I could have done a size down, however I don’t mind the extra room. Both come in XXS-5X and several colorways! The cardigan is so cute worn as a top or open! Paired with my fave white platform sneakers!
DAY 4
JEANS (18) | BLACK TOP (2X) | TRENCH COAT (XXL) | SHOES
WHERE TO WEAR:
This crewneck sweatshirt isn’t thick, and it’s got some stretch… you could wear the entire look on the left for literally anything casual. But you also could pair it with athletic leggings or a skort with sneakers for a day of running errands and you’d be set! For the trench, this lightweight layer is perfect for those early fall or early spring days where the weather isn’t extreme yet but you need a layer. You can also wear it when it’s raining.
I love this cozy crew sweatshirt in black but it comes in several colors! Tried this trench in the sage color and even did the sit down test for you — check it out in my Instagram Reel here! I’m wearing the XXL in the trench and a 2X in the top, and I think for the jacket for a little more range of movement I’d prefer the 3X! It comes in sizes XXS-7X! Top comes in XXS-5X! Love these pull on jeans from Amazon that come in sizes 16-30! I’m wearing an 18!
DAY 5
Sweater (2x) | pull-on PANTS (2x)
WHERE TO WEAR:
Ok hi, cozy set!!! This is 100% something I’ll be wearing to work from home in, sleep in, do anything cozy in! You could definitely put regular bottoms on and the top will pass for a normal sweater!
TGIF! I love nothing more than a cozy set on the weekends and this one is perfect! It comes in XXS-5X in several colors, and you can mix and match as top and bottom are sold separately! Im wearing the 2X and I think I’d rather have the 3X in the pant but 2X in the top works fine, just for reference!
