SKINCARE // 5 MINUTE FRESH FACE
Hi! Ya’ll know I wouldn’t call myself a skincare pro or anything, however, I have really been working on my self care! Especially in the mornings when I have a few minutes to myself before the hustle begins - I have been consistently using several things that are helping me feel refreshed! With my allergies being out of control lately - this process is helping the sinus pressure and puffiness for real for real! Here’s what I’ve been doing, in order:

1 - CLEANSE
First, I start with the Tula Purifying Face Cleanser. It’s a gel-based cleaner that has prebiotics, probiotics extracts, and turmeric. 3 - MOISTURIZER
Next is the best part of my skincare routine; it's the hydration! Do you ever get finished washing your face, and as soon as you moisturize it just feels refreshed, like a cool drink of water? 4 - FACIAL OIL
I just started applying facial oil, and I found out it does wonders for the skin! Don’t be scared by the word OIL - this one won’t clog your pores. A Gua Sha is a stone that helps to sculpt the face by chiseling, lifting, and defining your facial contours. It will help with any tension and also helps to firm up your skin. 6 - SUNSCREEN
A step you definitely don’t want to skip is the sunscreen. The best way to fight the aging process is to apply an SPF every day.
