SPRING STAPLES WITH LANE BRYANT: PART TWO

This blog post is sponsored by Lane Bryant, a brand who I believe in and absolutely love.

The power of a classic, crisp, white button front shirt is underrated. The thing that has always turned me off about them, however, is that they aren't interesting enough for me. Also, I want something comfortable I can move in. With my shape, I often have to size two sizes up to get something that fits, but then it looks too boxy.

Sound familiar?

Today I'm sharing with you a look from Lane Bryant that I love. The top is lightweight and cotton with some stretch. When I pulled it out of the box, the first thing I noticed was how soft it was. Then I put it on and I could actually move around in it and I felt great.

And then... I turned around.

Y'all the back of this shirt is SO COOL and elevated. I am beyond excited about what Lane Bryant is doing to elevate the fashion and styles they carry. I'm wearing a size 16 for reference. Bonus factor: It has flattering darts and a peplum.

I paired this top with these cool, black coated skinny jeans (I'm wearing a 16) from Lane Bryant as well.

My earrings are c/o of Kendra Scott. I don't always rock jewelry, but these I couldn't resist! I threw on a cool pair of black booties, but you could also rock this look easily with cool slip on sneakers.

Back to why I love a clean white shirt like this: the options are endless! You can throw on a cool jacket (like this one or this one) or sweater over it, layer it with a statement necklace, etc etc etc. If you're not wanting the tuxedo style back of the shirt, they do make a classic one HERE. Perfect for work AND casual. YESSSS!
