Hot Yoga // #nobeforeandafters

This pic isn’t pretty but whatever - I’m here to remind you that you don’t need to wait until you’re a certain size before you try a yoga class.
Or a spin class.
Or CrossFit.
Or whatever - any type of exercise class.

I used to be so worried about other people looking at me or not being able to do all the moves correctly.

I did hot yoga today for the first time in 4 years. My body is easily 80 lbs heavier than it was the last time I did this. My hips, shoulders, knees, back and core are sore from carrying two very large babies and no longer being strong enough to support this weight. I’ve been hesitant to begin working out again because I didn’t want to disappoint myself but TRUST ME - just do it. You’ll be shocked at how strong you actually are.
It is possible to exercise and not obsess over weight loss. My mind feels really good right now. 🙌🏼 #nobeforeandafters
